Terms of Service

JitAI (“JitAI”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at jitai.app (the “Site”). The Site describes a product in development and lets you join a waitlist for early access. You can reach us at hello@jitai.app.

By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist.

Joining the waitlist means giving us your email address so we can contact you about early access to JitAI. It does not create an account, a purchase, or any obligation on either side. We process your email address in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• A waitlist position is informational only. We may invite people in any order, in batches, or not at all.
• We do not promise that the product will launch, that it will launch by any date, or that it will include any particular feature shown or described on the Site.
• You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@jitai.app, and we will remove your details.

Use the Site only for its intended purpose. Do not submit email addresses that are not yours, attempt to disrupt or overload the Site or the waitlist service, probe or circumvent its security, or use automated tools to scrape it or submit entries in bulk.

The Site and its contents — including the JitAI name, design, text, and graphics — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them other than for personal, non-commercial viewing without our prior written permission. The published research the Site links to belongs to its respective authors and publishers.

The Site links to third-party websites, such as academic publishers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. JitAI is an early-stage project: descriptions of the product reflect what we are building, not a finished service. Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

We may update these terms as the project evolves. The current version, with its effective date, will always be available at this page. If we make material changes and you are on the waitlist, we will let you know by email before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
